Qamar Abbas Qamar was born 12 May 1993 in Ghosi, District Mau, Uttar Pradesh, into a family of humble origins with an artistic inquisitiveness. He was inclined toward Urdu poetry from an early age and has participated in poetic symposiums, and is recognised as a prominent voice among the upcoming generation of Urdu poets with a unique voice in ghazal.
