Mythili Prakash is an internationally acclaimed Bharatanatyam dancer and choreographer, based between Los Angeles and India. She is celebrated for solo work of great intensity and spiritual depth, and for high-profile collaborations, including as a performer in and associate of Akram Khan's productions.
Trained from childhood under her mother Guru Viji Prakash, Mythili Prakash built an international career as a Bharatanatyam soloist and choreographer, performing at leading venues and festivals worldwide. She performed in Akram Khan's Until the Lions and created acclaimed solo productions, becoming one of the most visible Bharatanatyam artists of her generation on the global stage.
