The artistry
Joshi sings Sufi kalaam and Punjabi folk with a strong, expressive voice and a scholar's grounding, ranging across Urdu, Punjabi, Persian and Hindi. She is known for making Sufi music accessible to urban and international audiences without losing its devotional core.
Joshi offers a host a soulful Sufi and Punjabi folk concert with both classical depth and popular appeal, well suited to Sufi, heritage and university programmes. [Atlas Assessment]
