Noopur Narayan is a Gurgaon-based ghazal and semi-classical singer, daughter of playwright Dr. Charan Dass Sidhu. She trained under Padmashri Ustad Hafeez Ahmed Khan of the Rampur-Sehswan Gharana and later under Vidushi Uma Garg of the Delhi Gharana, holds an M.Phil in Vocal Music from the University of Delhi, and completed the six-year Visharad course in Hindustani Music at Gandharva Mahavidyalaya. She was invited by the Rekhta Foundation to perform for its Ghazal Sara programme, and has released tracks on PTC Records.
