Instituto Cervantes, New Delhi is the official cultural centre of the Government of Spain in India, part of the worldwide Instituto Cervantes network. It promotes the teaching and use of Spanish and the diffusion of the cultures of Spain and the Spanish-speaking world through language courses, a library and a programme of cultural events.
Opened in New Delhi as part of the global Instituto Cervantes network, the centre offers Spanish-language courses and the official DELE certification, maintains a Spanish-language library, and runs a regular calendar of film, literature, exhibitions and talks introducing Indian audiences to the culture of the Spanish-speaking world, alongside Indo-Hispanic cultural collaborations.
