Deepa Kiran is an Indian storyteller and educator, founder of Story Arts India, known for advancing storytelling as a powerful tool for learning. A former English lecturer, Deepa Kiran turned to storytelling and founded Story Arts India, building a practice spanning live performance, teacher training and academic work on storytelling in education. She has performed and taught at festivals, schools and institutions in India and internationally, becoming a recognised figure in the storytelling-in-education movement.
