Katha is a New Delhi organisation founded in 1988 by the writer and educationist Geeta Dharmarajan, uniting literature and education. Celebrated for its award-winning translation and publishing of Indian-language stories, it also pioneered the use of storytelling for children's literacy and education in underserved communities, building a distinctive bridge between the world of letters and the work of learning.
