Abhinaya Theatre Research Centre (ATRC) is a theatre training and research centre based in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. It is dedicated to the study, teaching and practice of contemporary and traditional theatre, and has been a training ground for theatre practitioners in the state.
Based at Vekode in Thiruvananthapuram, the Abhinaya Theatre Research Centre has served as a centre for theatre training, research and production in Kerala, part of the state's strong theatre tradition. The noted contemporary theatre director Abhilash Pillai began his career as an artistic director here before moving to the National School of Drama.
